Vintage Enoch Wood Danbury Hand Painted Oval Serving Bowl

A beautiful vintage oval serving bowl in the "Danbury" pattern by Wood & Sons ( Enoch Wood) produced in Burslem England. Features a classic central flower basket motif and a foliated scroll border in black transfer, hand-painted with vibrant orange, yellow and green over-glaze accents, It has a distinctive red-brown line rim and rose-molded handles. Stamped on the bottom with the "Woods Burslem England" backstamp ( typical of pieces around 1931)  6.5" wide  x 9" long  x 3" deep, made of ironstone/earthenware. In excellent condition.
