How are my items shipped?

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS.

Standard delivery is a flat rate of $7.99, $12.99 and $14.99 depending on weight and category. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped and the USPS tracking number attached with your order.

We only ship within the Continental United States.

How long before my items ship?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of order. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and be provided with the USPS tracking number

Are items clearly marked for gold or silver content?

All jewelry that has gold or silver content has notifiable markings such as: 925 /Sterling for Silver jewelry. 14K, 18K and 24K  Gold.  GE (gold electroplate) GP (gold plated) GF ( gold filled)

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you're unhappy with the item you purchased, you're welcome to a refund for your item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all labels attached, and within 14 days of receipt. For returns, please send the items to Jewelry by Sara Dian, Ooh la la Collectibles 3223 Lake Avenue #136 Wilmette, IL 60091. Please email our Customer Care Team from the Contact Us page at the bottom with details about your items and your request and we'll get back to you.  Mystery Bags, Jewelry Lot Jars and Sale items are non returnable and are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
